Terms of Service

PulseResearch provides research support, data analysis, academic consulting and training. Our services are intended to guide, support and build the capacity of the client. The client remains responsible for the integrity and submission of their own work in accordance with their institution’s policies.

Our work is provided as a model, guidance and analytical support. Clients are expected to use our services ethically and in compliance with the academic integrity policies of their institutions.

Quotes are provided based on the scope, complexity and deadline of each project. Work commences once the scope and terms are agreed. Payment terms will be communicated as part of your quote.

We provide revisions within the agreed scope of work and in response to reasonable feedback. Substantial changes to the original brief may be subject to a revised quote.

We maintain strict confidentiality over all client materials and information. Likewise, clients agree not to misrepresent the nature of the support provided.

Upon full payment, deliverables prepared specifically for the client are owned by the client. Templates, tools and general methodologies developed by PulseResearch remain our property.

PulseResearch is not liable for academic outcomes, grades or decisions made by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
